Contract Clinical Social Worker

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Social Worker with a strong knowledge of San Francisco's support systems to assist youth and young adults (18-25 years old), as well as high school-age program participants and staff. You will help them access essential resources and manage critical life needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth well-being, adaptable, and calm under pressure. A commitment to addressing systemic inequalities and ongoing professional development in diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential. This position is contingent on grant funding renewal.

Part Time Co-Lead Surf Coach

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated part-time Co-Lead Surf Coach to assist us on our programs. We’re looking for someone with strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, and empathy skills to join our team. 90% of your role will be spent instructing during our surf lessons and 10% would be administrative work.
